How Optimism and Positive Thinking can lead to better life?

Human mind occupied by both positive and negative thoughts whether a person want or not, and these thoughts have a great influence on a person's life and his actions, the way a person think it reflects his attitude and personality. 
But those people who give more importance to positive thought or keep dominance their positive thoughts always get positive results. One basic reason of getting a positive result is that a person who think positive do not afraid of problems.
As the matter of fact those people find problems exciting and do not complain about them. 
They do not let their problems to enforce their actions. 

Positivity is very necessary to live fulfilling successful life.

Everything start with you,if you change yourself you will become able to change the world, here is one story which reflects positivity and its consequence on individual life.

One day,as a small child, Thomas Edison came from school  and gave a paper to his mother and said to his mother, "Mom my teacher gave me this paper and told me you are to read it. what does it say"? Her eyes welled with tears as she read the letter out loud to her child. "you're son is too genius  and this school is very small for him and doesn't have good enough teacher to train him so please teach him by yourself. His mother did that until she fell ill and passed away. 
Many years later when his mother died and he became a great inventors of the century. One day he was going through some of his mother's things and found that folded letter that his old teacher has wrote for his mother, and he opened it and the message has written on the letter was "your son is mentally deficient and can not him our school anymore. Thomas Edison was mentally deficient and he became a great inventors only because of the positive attitude of his mother with him, and that positive words of his mother make him worth living. 
To live a better life we need to think positive and prominence positive thoughts. 
But sometimes we want to stay positive but we fail to fully cultivate the power of positive thinking.

Here are some characteristics of optimistic people who maintain themselves positive and healthy.
   
  • The positive and optimistic people always think differently and think about what the want and out again and the always keep thinking about their goals and priorities of life. 
  • And they think about their action and activities each day and also evaluate the consequences of their activities on their lives.
  • They find way to overcome obstacles and problem rather than preoccupy the consequences of the problem.  
  • They make strategies according to that problems.

 A year ago I was the most unhappiest and negative person but then I implemented some strategies which made a great changes in my attitude. 
Here are following things I used to do and which helped me to eliminate all my negative thoughts and to stay positive.    

-Grasp the positive side of every situations and circumstances:
 It's is very effective and helpful to see the positive situation, no matter how much you surrounded by negativity. Always seek for positive aspects of life and learn to substitute positive thoughts with negative ones.

- Take 5 to 10 minutes a day think about the gratefulness and blessings which you are surrounded:

 No matter how many problems are in an individuals life but also there are a lot of blessings too. Always take time to remember all blessings. It helps to fade away all the negatives thoughts.
- Change all the negative mental images to positive once:
 This bring a huge differences to thinking. Instead of dwelling in the darkness built a positive, conscious and productive mental images.

- Stop fear about the future or dwelling in the past: It is very important to stay in present because Lingering in the past can cause guilt, shame, and anger.

Amy Morin writes about dwelling in the past in her book (13 things mentally strong people don't do)

"Dwelling on the past is bad for your physical health. Thinking constantly about negative events increases inflammation in your body, according to a 2013 study conducted by researchers at the University of Ohio. Dwelling on the past could put you at a greater risk for diseases associated with heart disease, cancer, and dementia"


In order to replace the negative thoughts with positive ones these all points are very necessary. Once you eliminate negative thoughts you will start having positive results. So start to think positive today, which leads to invest for better future.
